BES Studios provides production services for DRONERESPONDERS, a non-profit program created to unite aerial first responders, emergency managers, and search and rescue specialists under a unified organization to help learn, train, and test with one another with the ultimate objective of maximizing drone operations for public safety and disaster relief. BES provided gear, crew and a complete array of post-production services to produce this video.
BES Studios has documented multiple events for the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation (VIPC) who creates technology-based economic development strategies to accelerate innovation, imagination, and the next generation of technology and technology companies. BES regularly provides production services and gear packages for these large scale events including live-streaming, production crew, gear packages, editing, graphics, audio post, and color grading.
The Markel Corporation hosts numerous “Level Up” events throughout the year. These employee-attended events feature keynote speakers and discussion panels on a variety of topics. BES was tasked with providing crew and a three-camera production package to record the program. BES made use of The Institute of Contemporary Art’s in-house audio equipment and integrated it into our production approach and solution. BES also provided a complete list of post-production services including, editing, audio post, graphics, color grade, and final delivery.
BES has had the pleasure of being the AV production provider the 2022 and 2023 “State of the City” events. These large, in-person events are held each year in late January and hosted by Richmond’s Mayor. BES provided a comprehensive solution, equipment including cameras, field audio gear, sound reinforcement, teleprompters, switchers and associated peripherals. BES also provided an eight-person crew and the technical expertise to produce this four-camera switched live stream program.
Moseley Architects tapped BES Studios to provide a comprehensive technical solution for “Ignite”, a company-wide training event for hundreds of employees, that took place in three of their offices across the East Coast. BES provided a crew or eight technicians, four camera packages, field audio gear, and technical expertise to send the training sessions for each office via live stream allowing participation across all of the training locations.
